Master Firewalking Instructor Course is a more in-depth, hands-on program that requires prior experience and a demonstration of knowledge before proceeding to Master instructor-level training.
Here’s how it works:
Prerequisite Experience: You need to show that you have experience and knowledge related to firewalking before you can begin the training (Minimum 100 of your own Firewalk events) .
Guidance in Running Your Own Firewalk Instructor Training: After meeting the experience requirements, you will be guided through how to run your own training on a 1 to 1 basis, with full coaching from Scott.
Assisting at FITs: Before becoming a fully certified Master instructor, you'll assist in Firewalk Instructor Trainings (FITs), gaining practical experience.
Co-facilitation: The next step is to co-facilitate Firewalk Instructor Trainings, where you gain additional hands-on experience in leading the course under supervision.
This structure ensures that you’re not only trained but also tested and supported as you step into the role of a Firewalk Instructor. Does this sound like the approach you're looking for, or would you like more details about any part of the process?
